Best Customer Service Award Finalist

New Noise Audio wins runner up prize at the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards

The Directors of New Noise Audio were invited as finalists of the ‘Best Customer Service’ title at the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards, which took place on the 26th July 2017 at the Watford Colosseum.

The ‘Best Customer Service’ award is the only prize of the event which is voted for by the public and New Noise Audio were up against 8 other finalists, who were businesses based in the same county. It was a complete surprise to the company to be whittled down to a finalist, as the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards are the first awards the New Noise Audio team have ever been nominated for.

The black tie event was a fabulous evening, with speakers from the FSB, David Clarke (English footballer) and Jules Breach (TV sports presenter) as the main host and entertainment from the Bondellas. New Noise Audio were proud and excited to pick up the runner up prize for the ‘Best Customer Service’ award, which was sponsored by Herts Mercury.

Director of New Noise Audio, Stacey Hollis says: “We’re really proud to receive acknowledgement as a runner up for the the ‘Best Customer Service’ award. It marks a time to acknowledge and celebrate our achievements as a company so far and also to thank our brilliant team of musicians, producers and singers for always working so hard.
